Single Use instruments have a 5-year expiry from the date of manufacture.
We’re striving for the possibility of zero-waste solutions and use SMART Waste Recovery to repurpose waste. Our instruments are made with recyclable materials to make this possible.

Single Use instruments, clinical consumables and oral surgery packs are sterilised according to the highest standards, ensuring they are ready to use on arrival. Single Use products are CE certified.

Our HQ is located at Unit 1/24 Hoopers Rd, Kunda Park, QLD, Australia 4556. Our representatives can be found across Australia, primarily Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales. We currently serve practices based in Australia and New Zealand.
We’ll ship any order from our warehouse in Queensland to a practice across Australia and New Zealand. We offer same-day dispatch for orders processed before 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
Yes, you can order Single Use Dental Instruments samples to be shipped to you, or if possible, dropped off by one of our representatives. You can request samples here.

All orders made before 2 pm AEST every Monday – Friday have same-day dispatch. The delivery time varies depending on the proximity of the shipping location. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

We do not accept the return of products unless the item has been damaged or defected. If you deem the item to be damaged, this must be reported to Single Use within 14 days of receiving the item. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded if the incorrect item was ordered. To report a defect, contact our team here: (07) 5445 6486.
